Today, April 14, is one month from the start of my Missouri River journey. Lots of time has been spent on preparations and all is ready. I have received lots of input from members of the Missouri River Paddlers Facebook page which has greatly assisted with getting ready, so thanks to all. My mail drops have been identified as well as river angels and a number of camps. GPS data has been created with hundreds of waypoints identified and marked.
With just a few small additional things to get done the day will soon be here.
On May 14 at 9 a.m. I will start out at Confluence State Park in Three Forks, Montana.
